[Matthew 9:27-30 TPT] As Jesus left the house, two blind men began
following Him, shouting out over and over, “Son of David, show us
mercy and Heal us!” And they followed Him right into the house
where Jesus was staying. So Jesus asked them, “Do you believe that I
have the power to restore sight to your eyes?” They replied, “Yes
Lord, we believe!” Then Jesus put His hands over their eyes and said,
“You will have what your faith expects!” And instantly their eyes
opened—they could see!
In Matthew, Chapters 8-9, we have ten miracles of Healing and
deliverance, proving Jesus is the prophesied Messiah. Five found in
Chapter 8: the leper Healed, the military captain’s son Healed, Simon
Peter’s mother-in-law Healed, the raging storm stilled, and two demon-
possessed men set free.
In Chapter 9, we find the paraplegic man Healed, the woman with the
issued of blood Healed, Jairus’s daughter raised from the dead, and
two more men Healed of blindness.
These acts of mercy and compassion demonstrated Jesus’ power and
authority over sickness, storms, Satan and death. Faith with the
power or the anointing from God is an authoritative combination
that is undefeated. When men believe and act in faith, miracles are
always possible.
[Matthew 10:1 TPT] Jesus gathered his twelve disciples and imparted
to them authority to cast out demons and to Heal every sickness and
every disease.
We are the Legislative Assembly for the Lord Jesus Christ and the
Kingdom of Heaven on earth. It is our responsibility to do His works
of mercy and compassion for the people here on earth. We must take
Jesus and His love to the world around us. Remember your faith is
activated by acts of love and kindness, and your faith will Heal those
who have no faith. Keep pushing forward in Jesus’ name!
Love Always Wins,
Pastors Rick and Sheryl
