A deep inner healing and deliverance framework that can assist people with more serious issues of pain and bondage.
The name SOZO comes from the Greek word sozo, which appears 144 times in the New Testament. It means to be saved, healed, delivered, and made whole. SOZO Ministry is built on the belief that lasting transformation comes not simply from receiving more information or advice, but from encountering God's truth, love, and presence personally. Through prayer, individuals are encouraged to hear from the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, allowing Him to bring healing, freedom, and restoration to the deepest places of the heart.

Not Counseling
SOZO Ministry is not a counseling ministry. Rather, it is a gentle, loving, and honoring prayer ministry that partners with God to help people experience healing, freedom, and wholeness.
YOUR ROLE
Come with an open heart and an expectation that God desires to meet with you. Simply come as you are and be willing to receive all that He has for you. As you spend time with the Lord before your appointment—in prayer, worship, or reading His Word—your heart will be more prepared to recognize His voice and receive His love, healing, and freedom. Please allow up to two hours for your SOZO session..
Our Team
During your private and confidential SOZO session, a trained two- to three-person ministry team will prayerfully partner with the Holy Spirit to help you identify and remove barriers that may be hindering your relationship with God. Our desire is to help you experience greater freedom, healing, and a deeper connection with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Director of the Healing Rooms
Pastor Sheryl Johnson
Pastor Sheryl has served in ministry for over 25 years, with a deep passion for seeing people experience healing and restoration in their spirit, soul, and body. Through Sozo and inner healing ministry, she creates a safe, Spirit-led space where the love of God brings peace, comfort, freedom, and healing to wounded hearts and helps people encounter the Father in a deeper way. Her desire is to see people walk in wholeness and freedom as they discover God’s truth, receive His love, and experience the transforming power of His presence.
Associate Director of the Healing Rooms
Molly Comer
Molly Comer has been married to her husband, Chris, for 40 years, and together they have been blessed with three wonderful children and six grandchildren while continuing to faithfully serve the Lord as a family.
For more than 10 years, Molly has served with Gulf Coast Healing Rooms, where she is the Associate Director and leads the Sozo Inner Healing Ministry, and her greatest joy is seeing people encounter the Father's love, receive healing, and walk in the freedom and restoration found through Jesus.
Molly's passion for Jesus continues to grow as she spends time with Him and enjoys His creation, where she is continually reminded of His beauty, creativity, and faithfulness, inspiring her to share His love with others.
