[Jeremiah 29:11 KJV] “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil,
to give you an expected end (hope).”
Did you know that you are Father God’s Happy thought? Do you know He thinks nothing but perfect love when He thinks
of you? I Corinthians 13:5 tells us that “Love thinks no evil.” Many Christ believing people struggle with giving and receiving love because we fear intimacy and relationships. Either we never had parental love displayed to us or we have
suffered a traumatic disappointment and rejection with human love. Therefore, we have set up boundaries and walls of
defense in order to protect ourselves from any further pain or emotional rejection. This is a major hindrance for developing
intimacy with Father God. At the core of this fear is deception and we have believed a lie concerning Father God. The enemy of the Church is called “the Father of Lies” [John 8:44]. He continually seeks to perpetrate lies about the loving nature of Father God. He tells us that we are not doing enough to prove our love for Him, and that we are not performing
good enough. He convinces us that Father God is judgmental and harsh unless we are perfect, and that we can never earn
His Love. The sin nature we have been saved out of tries to raise its ugly head and persuade us that we have sinned the
unforgivable sin, and we will never be accepted into the Family.
Lies, Lies, Lies ALL from an enemy who stands in the spiritual realm accusing our brothers and sisters daily. False
accusations which if we believe them will create an atmosphere of shame and guilt in us that will drive us away from our Heavenly Father. We believers must not compare Human Love with Father God’s Agape Love. This comparison is damaging to our own identity we find in Christ.
Remember: God so Loved the world He gave His only begotten Son and whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but
have everlasting, Eternal Life with Father!
God is Love and perfecting, mature and pure love drives out all fear. I believe the Lord’s return is imminent and soon; and we will all stand before Him and give an account for our lives we spent here on earth. I believe there will be one measurement asked, “What did you do with ‘My Love’ that I gave to you?” Did you love your wife and children, and did you lay down your life for them and serve them? Did you love My Church unconditionally and give yourself away? Father God’s Love was poured out when Jesus gave His Life for ALL. The least we can do is try to LOVE like that!
Love Always Wins,
