Wisdom Word for July 2025: Truth Makes Us Free

[John 8:31-32 KJV] “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on

him, if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and

ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

All the Promises of God are Yes in Him and Amen in Christ, because

God’s Promises are the fulfilled work of redemption for all men.

When you feel free, you respond differently than when you have the head knowledge that you are free.

Notice Jesus said, ‘If you continue in my

word, then shall you be my disciples indeed.’

Then, by that we can conclude we are not disciples if we do not

continue or abide in His Words. Knowing God’s Word is so important

to our victory over sin and death, but just knowledge alone will not

save you, nor heal you, nor deliver you, nor get prayers answered. No,

we must apply our beliefs through action, and that is called FAITH.

James said in Chapter 2, verse 17, “Even so faith, if it hath not works,

is dead, being alone.” But Living Faith is active and aggressive.

Meaning active and Living Faith becomes your forward march, your

atmosphere changer, your firm foundation.

[Matthew 7:24-25] Jesus said, “Therefore whosoever heareth these

sayings (teachings) of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a

wise man, which built his house (spiritual) upon a rock: And the rain

descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon

that house; and it did not fall: for it was founded upon a rock.”
